Since the company’s inception, our objective has been to provide building owners and managers with a management tool to optimize emergency response times by giving first responders on-the-fly access to crucial building information. When we talk about first responders, we refer to managers, directors, floor wardens and occupants who are on the premises and have the ability to act quickly prior to the arrival of emergency services.
Unfortunately, too often during my career as a first responder for the Montreal Fire Department, I have witnessed tragical events that could have been avoided if first responders had been sufficiently familiar with the building facilities and the emergency plan. As a result, we have developed RTI911 Mobile which is an indispensable reference and training tool enabling all occupants to respond effectively to emergencies. Being able to act quickly has an impact on emergency response times. A few seconds lost are far too long if a life can be saved.
Since September 11, 2001, organizations face a variety of threats. Security is a priority for all organizations. Having immediate access to key information is more than ever essential for property managers, first responders and emergency services.
